What I learned co-founding an agency

Founding Novazon taught me more than any business course. Not because it was easy. In fact, precisely because it wasn’t.

The lessons

The first: the right partner is worth more than any business plan. If you don’t trust the person you work with, the project doesn’t work. Period.

The second: you find your first clients by talking to people, not through marketing. Our first 5 clients came from word of mouth. Zero ads, zero funnels.

The third: do few things but do them well. At the beginning we wanted to do everything. SEO, social, Amazon, e-commerce. Then we chose to do only Amazon. Things started working from there.

The advice I’d give

Don’t wait until you’re ready. You’ll never be ready. Start, make mistakes, adjust. The only way to learn business is to do business.
