Novazon Intel
Market intelligence platform for Amazon. Aggregates competitor sales data, calculates market shares, and presents them in a self-updating dashboard. In production for the Novazon team and clients.
Brands selling on Amazon don’t know how much their competitors sell. They know they sell. They don’t know how much.
That information exists. It’s just impossible to collect manually with any consistency.
The project
Novazon Intel is a market intelligence platform for Amazon that I designed and built for Novazon’s internal use. It aggregates competitor sales data, organizes it by brand and product, and presents it in a dashboard that updates automatically.
The team uses it every day to answer concrete questions: who’s gaining market share this month, which products are accelerating, where it makes sense to adjust pricing.
What it does
At its core is an interactive grid with monthly sales volumes for every tracked brand and product. Market shares are calculated automatically, month-over-month changes are always visible. You can drill down from total market to single product, see daily trends, and switch from units sold to revenue in one click.
Every update happens without manual intervention. The data is there when you need it, without anyone having to remember to sync it.
The platform is multi-tenant: each brand sees only their own data, isolated at a structural level.
Results
The platform is in production for exclusive use by the Novazon team and clients for Amazon positioning decisions. New features coming soon.
