E-commerce development: sell online for real
I build and grow your online store, from choosing the platform to the sales. Not just a window: an e-commerce built to actually sell.
Who it's for
You sell your products only in person or on request, and you miss every customer who cannot reach you. Or you already have an online store that does not sell. If you want to actually sell online, you need an e-commerce built and run properly.
I help small businesses, makers and brands open an online store and grow it, from the first product online to steady sales.
What an e-commerce is (and why it pays off)
An e-commerce is your shop open 24/7, selling even while you sleep and reaching customers anywhere, not just nearby. But launching the platform is only the start: the hard part is getting it found and converting.
I handle both: I get you online with the right platform and work to make the store sell, instead of staying an empty window.
What's included
How I work
Analysis and strategy
We review products, margins and audience, and pick the right platform.
Building the store
I set up the store, catalog, payments and shipping, ready to sell.
Pages and content
I write and optimize product pages so they convert and rank.
Launch and testing
I check checkout, mobile and real orders before opening to the public.
Growth
I optimize conversions, traffic and channels to grow the sales.
I use AI to speed up the heavy parts: writing and optimizing dozens of product pages, analyzing sales data, spotting what to improve. The strategic choices stay mine.
Which e-commerce platform to choose
The platform is the first big decision, and there is no absolute best one: there is the right one for you. I choose it with you based on products, budget and how much you want to manage yourself.
Shopify. The fastest, fully managed route: you pay a subscription, skip the technical side and launch quickly. Ideal if you want to focus on selling, not on servers.
WooCommerce. It runs on WordPress and is more flexible and customizable, with more freedom on costs. Great if you want full control and already have, or want, a WordPress site.
Other solutions. For large catalogs or special needs we consider more specific platforms. The principle stays the same: the technology follows the goals, not the other way around.
Selling on your own store or on marketplaces
It is not a black-and-white choice. Your e-commerce and a marketplace like Amazon do two different jobs, and the strongest brands often use both.
On your own store you keep full margins, control the experience and build a direct relationship with customers, who stay yours. The downside is that you have to bring the traffic.
On Amazon and other marketplaces you get a ready audience and built-in trust, but you pay commissions and play by the platform's rules. Having worked on Amazon for years, I can help you make the two channels work together instead of competing.
