How I started selling on Amazon
About me

It wasn't a plan.
It was curiosity.

I studied economics. Went to London. Saw how people work outside Italy. Realized I could build something of my own too.

Doing something makes it real. Thinking about it keeps it an idea. The gap between the two is massive. Nobody has it all figured out. The ones who take action just learn faster.

Simplicity first The best solutions are simple ones. If a process requires 10 steps, you probably only need 3. I always look for the most direct path to the result.
Data, not opinions On Amazon as in life, numbers don't lie. I make decisions based on data, not feelings. If I can't measure it, I don't do it.
Build, then improve Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. Better to launch something imperfect and improve it than to wait for the perfect version that will never come.
Consistency beats talent One thing a day, every day. Results come from compounding small daily actions, not from occasional strokes of genius.

2019

Erasmus in London

London changed everything. I saw people building their own things without asking permission. I realized I could do it too.

2020

Amazon Campus Challenge

I was still in university. I joined an Amazon challenge, found my first client, and never stopped. The rest followed naturally.

2023

Managing brands across EU & USA

Home, baby, toys, pet, food, fashion. Different markets, same fundamentals. In those years I learned what scaling really means, not just talking about it.

2025

Novazon

It started as a side project. At some point I stopped spreading myself thin and made a choice. A consulting company with a simple idea: do one thing, do it well, with brands that deserve it.

2026

Vibe coding

Back to building things with code, like my webmaster days. Only now AI does the heavy lifting. I only care that things work. And they do.
